As your presence fades away,
Emptiness descends in shades of grey.
But memories, like stars in the night,
Shine brightly and cast a gentle light.
In tender moments, my heart unfurls,
Basking in the love that ever swirls.
For though you’ve departed this place,
Your essence remains an eternal embrace.
Within my soul, your spirit finds repose,
Where love’s eternal flame forever glows.
In every whisper of the wind’s soft sigh,
I hear your voice sing like a lullaby.
From the darkness, I’ll emerge in peace.
Time’s healing touch will bring release.
For in the midst of loss, a balm is found.
Within the tapestry of love, solace is crowned.
